• Consultancy Fee: £30 per property/month + VAT

• Business 24/7 Contractor Services: £40 per property/month + VAT

• Residential 24/7 Handyman Services available

• Materials and labour charged separately

• Priority scheduling

• Preferential rates

2. NON-SUBSCRIPTION CLIENTS

• Standard call-out fee: £250 + VAT
